May 29th Garden Update

Ending my days in my garden is therapeutic. It allows my ADHD brain to slow down while also giving me time to connect with the earth. If I could afford it, I would double the size of my garden. It would be nice to donate more of my produce grown with intention to my community.
If you can, spend some time with plants, touching soil, taking in nature. Take note of how you feel, how your brain responds, what your body does .
